While there is a steam sauna, there is no dry sauna available. The crowd is diverse, encompassing both young and older individuals, with a predominant presence of middle-aged men and their admirers. Friendly interactions and enjoyable experiences are common here. The entry price has remained at $12 for many years, and no membership is required. The majority of clients are Chinese, with a smaller representation of Indians and Malays.

The staff at Keybox Sauna are polite to foreigners. The place tends to be crowded, especially during weekends, with a variety of attractive Asian men, including Chinese, Malay, Indian, and some Caucasians.
Keybox Sauna provides various facilities, including a dry and wet sauna, jacuzzi, gym, and lounge area. The wet sauna and dark room seem to be popular areas with plenty of activity. The crowd consists mostly of younger-looking guys, although there are also some older guys.
However, it's worth noting that some customers have mentioned that the mattresses in some rooms are torn and need replacement. Despite this, the overall experience at Keybox Sauna is described as good.
