Gay Cruising Hotel In Tokyo

If you have visited our other pages, you would know that this article does not focus on gay-friendly accommodations. Instead, it highlights popular accommodations that offer high discussion, and gay cruising opportunities and are favored by the gay community. However, due to some inappropriate behavior from certain individuals, some hotels have put up signs with cautionary messages stating that "disruptive behavior will be reported to the police." Everyone needs to refrain from engaging in any inappropriate behavior.

Ikebukuro Royal Hotel

average rating is 4.5 out of 5

Cruising Ratio

The Ikebukuro Royal Hotel is a 24-hour sauna located near Ikebukuro Station, just a 5-minute walk away. The red signboard indicates "Men and Women," but there are very few female patrons.

They offer sauna facilities, a large bathing area, and a rooftop open-air hot spring, with accommodation options available as well. The reception desk and lockers are located on the second floor of the building. The changing area is on the 11th floor, and the bathing area is on the 12th floor, with no access to the intermediate floors. Additionally, the 11th floor, which was previously used for other activities, is temporarily closed. There may be some exhibitionist behavior in the outdoor bathing area or behind the shower area, and late at night, the sauna may also become a meeting place.

The age group here is relatively young, with men in their 20s and 30s being the main users. However, it's important to note that the cleanliness of the hotel is relatively low, so please be prepared for that. Because their bathhouses are open to the public, many gays choose to use the bathhouse without staying overnight. The approximate cost for using the bath is 2000 Japanese yen.

APA Hotel Shinjuku Gyoemmae

average rating is 4 out of 5

Cruising Ratio

The location of APA Hotel Shinjuku-Gyoenmae is fairly good. It's only a 1-minute walk from the subway station to the hotel. However, APA hotel rooms are generally smaller, and the room rates are relatively higher.

Nevertheless, the hotel is relatively new and features a public bath. Moreover, it is located in Shinjuku Ni-chome, Tokyo's famous gay district, where gay clubs and bars are also within walking distance. This makes it incredibly convenient for us, as we don't have to worry about late-night activities. As a result, this hotel has a high proportion of gay guests, and it's not uncommon to encounter familiar faces in the public bath. However, due to the popularity of the hotel's bathhouse, it may not be easy to engage in activities there. Therefore, the gays usually seize the opportunity to make connections and then explore the possibility of further interactions in their rooms.
