Opened in 2023, Kaikan Onsen has become a new highlight in Bangkok's gay community. This luxurious environment is designed specifically for men and offers a unique experience reminiscent of Japanese hot springs. Located in Saphan Khwai, it is surrounded by various gay massage shops, making it very convenient.

Kaikan Onsen boasts first-class facilities, including hot springs, saunas, steam rooms, and more. It also has a dark room on the second floor and an activity area on the third floor, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of experiences. The overall environment is luxurious and comfortable, making it especially suitable for relaxation.
One of the main attractions is the several outdoor baths with beautiful views, although the water temperature could be a bit hotter, which is a slight drawback. During my visit on a Friday at 8 PM, the crowd was fairly good, but there weren't many fit individuals visible—only two or three guests with well-toned bodies. The overall clientele tended to be slightly older, with fewer young people present.

The second floor features a dark room and private room areas, where many individuals tend to linger; however, most activities are concentrated in the private rooms, with relatively few activities in other areas. Additionally, the third floor has some beach chairs and a mysterious activity area, but it is generally not used by many people.
