Before Nov 2025, OTOT2 Sauna was known as one of Kuala Lumpur’s more popular men's saunas. The venue spanned three floors and featured a sauna, steam room, gym, open bathing area, and massage pool.

Getting to OTOT2 is very convenient. You can take the KL MONORAIL LINE to Chow Kit station and then walk about 600 meters following the navigation. Alternatively, you can take a taxi directly to the Sani Hotel, which is approximately 100 meters away from OTOT2.
